Event Marketing Internship – Brand Marketing

If you’re looking to gain some amazing practical experience in marketing or clientele acquisition, then working within our Internship program will get you involved in all aspects of our marketing strategies.

Duties include but are not limited to :

• Work with other interns while gaining hands on marketing experience at our private site events across the Chicago region
• Contribute to brainstorming sessions
• Actively engage customers and potential customers, speaking to as many per day as possible to bring our clients brands to the masses
• Attend impacts, watch guest speakers, and become familiar with our marketing systems
• Shadow different departments to gain perspective, including marketing, sales, customer services and merchandising
• Shadow account managers
• Team-projects centered on fostering a collaborative and productive workspace
• Identify trends and recommend proactive or remedial action to manage business situations.
• Work with management to develop and implement exciting campaigns

Compensation : Basic wage plus commission $550-$800 (paid weekly)

Primary requirements :

• Available to interview and start within 2 weeks’ time
• 18+ and eligible to work in the USA (no sponsorship available)
• The ability to work well in groups while also achieving individual goals
• Confident communication skills and the ability to strike up conversations
• Experience working with customers (ie : hospitality, retail, customer service, volunteering, etc)
