Responsibilities As an Accounting Administrator, you will play a vital role in our organization by handling a range of administrative accounting duties, primarily focusing on Accounts Payable and Accounts Receivable. Your contributions will ensure the smooth financial operation of our company.
Manage Accounts Payable and Accounts Receivable: Oversee various aspects of our financial transactions, including processing payments and managing outstanding receivables.
Reconciliation Expertise: Skillfully reconcile data between our Billing System and Underwriting System to maintain accurate financial records.
Daily Cash Handling: Accurately post daily cash receipts and meticulously reconcile bank statements, ensuring financial integrity.
Invoicing Oversight: Take charge of our invoicing process, guaranteeing that it operates efficiently and accurately.
Problem Solver: Investigate and resolve account reconciling items while assisting in our monthly close procedures.
Client Communication: Maintain professional communication with clients to address and resolve billing issues, ensuring client satisfaction.
Adaptable Team Player: Collaborate seamlessly with your colleagues and be prepared to assist with other related accounting duties as assigned by management.
Qualifications

Educational Background: A Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in accounting or a related field.
Tech-Savvy: Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, particularly Excel, Word, and Outlook.
