The established company is looking for a full-charge Bookkeeper to take ownership of their finances! This person is responsible for maintaining the day-to-day accounting functions, accruals, financial statement preparation, and performing general accounting functions as required.
Responsibilities: Reconcile revenues with general ledger Check balances against accounting receipt records Conduct and supervise the processing of invoice files Perform monthly bank reconciliation Assist in completing and submitting payroll Work closely with vendors and subcontractors. Education/Qualifications for the Bookkeeping positions, Bachelor€s Degree in accounting or course work and relevant experience. A strong understanding of accounting, payroll, and QuickBooks is strongly desired! Strong attention to detail and verbal/written communication. ( Recent grads open to apply)
