Responsibilities
Collecting invoices, statements, reports, personal details, documents, and information from employees, other departments, and clients.
Reviewing information to identify key details.
Rectifying errors and organizing information for swift and accurate data entry.
Creating precise spreadsheets.
Entering and updating information in relevant databases.
Ensuring data is securely backed up.
Communicating errors to relevant parties.
Organizing hard copies of data for optimal retrieval.
Job Requirements
Handling additional duties as required.
High school degree or equivalent.
Proven experience as a data entry clerk.
Fast typing skills; knowledge of touch typing system strongly preferred.
Basic understanding of databases.
Proficient in English, both oral and written, with strong customer service skills.
Meticulous attention to detail.
Full-time/part-time employment options available.
Data entry or administrative assistant experience not required but considered a bonus.
Backgrounds in health care, warehouse work, delivery driving, customer service, etc., are welcome—no prior experience needed, just a willingness to learn.
