When you join our dealership family, you’ll be asked to manage, supervise and execute BDC customer communications (email and telephone) in a manner that aligns with our dealership’s highest standards.
You’ll also oversee a team of dedicated BDC coordinators and train them in the art and science of customer communication.

daily / weekly / monthly
reports and track resultsPrepare individual call results reports for BDC staffRecord and listen to customer callsTrain BDC staff by reviewing recorded / live calls and outcomesDetermine which customers to contact based on current marketing initiativesReview performance and develop staffInterface with other department headsParticipate in dealership management meetingsSkills / QualificationsSuccessful track record in Internet sales, auto dealership business development centers or Internet sales department managementThe ability to manage high call volumes, internet leads and call lists simultaneouslyOverall knowledge of automotive sales and service department operationsStrong organizational skills and leadership abilitiesFamiliarity with dealership CRM and DMS systemsExperience in training teams and individuals preferredJob RequirementsHigh school diploma / GEDBasic computer skillsDealership BDC experienceMust have valid driver licenseCompensationCompensation is based on experience and commensurate with Fortune 500 companies.
