Position Title:
Website Content Specialist-Remote-California CA
Location : Remote
Project Duration : 6+ months Contract
Job Description:
- You will be part of the core team responsible for evolving and enhancing our digital learning experiences. You will work directly on innovative initiatives such as *** University (learn.***.com) and digital bootcamps.
- The ideal candidate will be passionate about providing an amazing customer experience with an understanding of creating impactful customer educational experiences in the platform. Tasks would include:
- Managing course creation with stakeholders
- Assist with content migration from other platforms (eg. Webinars)
- Updating existing images using Photo Editing tools
- Light updates to *** University video content
- Creation of new courses/bootcamps in *** University
- Further optimization of SEO for *** University
- Add new resources (PDFs) & update associated images
- Work with content creators to ensure technical requirements are met for image formats, naming conventions
- QA platform regularly
Job Requirements:
- Position is 30-40 hours per week
- Knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite, basic Photoshop & Adobe Premiere
- Strong project management skills
- Good spreadsheet skills (Excel, Google Sheets, SmartSheets)
- Ability to review technical content and summarize descriptions
- Ability to work independently and tackle challenging tasks spanning 1000+ *** University lessons
Desired:
- Some knowledge of Electrical Engineering products or technology companies
