Responsibilities:
The Data Archival Project Manager will use their interpersonal, communication, and organizational skills to work with various internal and external stakeholders and drive each project toward completion. Our projects are both clinical, business, and technical in nature and it is critical that you can communicate effectively with all these audiences. We support our clients by extracting data from their previously used EHR, Patient Accounting, and ERP systems and loading that data into our data archival product, VitalCenter Online, providing them a safe, secure, and easy way to access their legacy data.
Essential Duties:
- Building strong relationships with your clients
- Managing client expectations
- Leading conference calls, producing agendas, minutes, and follow-up on action items
- Leading multidisciplinary teams towards project success
- Maintaining project plans
- Responsible for keeping projects on time and within scope
- Managing multiple projects, across a wide array of clients
Requirements:
- Desire to learn
- Ability to get things done
- Exceptional organization, communication, and attention to detail skills
- Analytical & Troubleshooting skills
- EMR, Patient Accounting, or ERP application experience is preferred, but not required
- Strong multitasking ability
- Experience leading a team in some capacity
Other:
- Experience: 3-5 years professional experience
- Education: Bachelor’s in Business, Information Systems, Healthcare or related fields
- Applicants must be a U.S. Resident or currently able to legally work in the U.S.
