This position can be performed from a Remote Location in the U.S. Must be within a 2-hr time zone differential from EST Our Impact: ERM’s Operational Resilience Risk Team provides oversight and effective challenge for a variety of operational resilience activities, helping mitigate the impacts of a disruption to company operations. We partner with colleagues across the company to develop operational resiliency risk policies, set the company resiliency risk appetite, and identify resiliency risks. Your Impact: Develop and implement operational resilience risk framework, policies, standards, risk appetite, and risk taxonomy Provide effective challenge to the lines of business related to business continuity, incident response, and crisis management strategies, capabilities, and risk mitigation activities Leverage industry best practices and domain expertise to evaluate the effectiveness and accuracy of risk controls, key risk indicators, business impact analyses, continuity plans, and resiliency tests. Provide recommendations based on observed deficiencies Develop, analyze, and report on operational resilience risk profiles at both the divisional and enterprise level Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in related field and 8 years of professional experience, with 4 years in operational risk management Deep knowledge of industry principles, technologies, and practices related to business continuity, crisis management, and incident response Experience with operational risk management, covering the full lifecycle of activities, including risk identification, assessment, mitigation, monitoring, and reporting Strong business insight and ability to work effectively with diverse group of partners Industry certification, such as Certified Business Continuity Professional is a plus!
