Summary:
The Financial Systems Manager guides the operations of the financial systems to support the Accounting department. You will lead and maintain all financial systems, ensuring data integrity and reporting requirements are met. The Financial Systems Manager will research, advise, and implement enhancements to current processes and systems to achieve operational goals and objectives. You will collaborate with other department leaders to document standard operating procedures relating to the financial systems.

Classification: Full-time, Exempt
You Will:
- Oversee and provide operational support for ERP and other financial systems.
- Responsible for maintaining data integrity of reporting systems. Create standardized procedures for data entry and collection.
- Document main business process requirements by working with department heads.
- Develop and maintain process workflows and training material for key financial procedures.
- Collaborate with other departments to enhance integrated system capabilities.
- Research and share new features of financial systems and alternate solutions.
- Coordinate and lead testing for implementation of new functionality.
- Enhance current reporting dashboards and advise on potential opportunities for improvement.
- Understand financial record-keeping and reporting requirements and ensure requirements are met.
- Responsible for system troubleshooting.
- Serve as key liaison between Accounting and other departments.
You Have:
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance or Business-related field
- 5+ years of accounting and finance experience, wine or beverage alcohol a plus.
- 3+ years supervisory or leadership experience.
- Knowledge of ERP systems (Microsoft Navision / Dynamics) and reporting/ planning tools (Jet Reports).
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite tools.
- Experienced in data management and critical thinking skills.
- Strong project management skills
