The Role
Come join a highly collaborative team committed to improving the value of our marketing programs aimed at reaching and engaging Fidelity s institutional investor clients.
and (3) develop and implement omni-channel marketing programs promoting relevant investment products and solutions to our target audience.
You ll be working closely with a cross-functional marketing team and contribute directly to a wide range of projects that may include digital marketing campaigns, industry conferences and events, social media, client communications and focus product promotional efforts.
This is a fast-paced, dynamic role with opportunities to collaborate across many parts of the Fidelity Institutional and Fidelity Asset Management organizations.
Responsibilities
The Director of Segment Marketing will manage several projects simultaneously, balancing competing priorities and coordinating with a large number of internal stakeholders.
The role requires establishing ongoing working relationships with the sales team, relationship managers, marketing peers and cross functional business partners to ensure successful, on time and on budget delivery of marketing programs.

Dynamic Working
u201D. Most associates will have a hybrid schedule with a requirement to work onsite at a Fidelity work location for at least one week, 5 consecutive days, every four weeks.
