We are looking for a dynamic, professionally engaged Leasing and Marketing Director to spearhead our marketing endeavors by developing and executing strategies to heighten our presence and “voice” in the senior retirement community industry.

The ideal candidate will be a professionally experienced individual with leasing experience in multi-family or senior retirement settings, skilled at effective marketing techniques to drive creativity and enthusiasm in others while increasing community census and maximizing revenues.

The primary purpose of this position is to manage the leasing office and personnel while directing the sales and marketing activities for the department in an efficient manner by following established procedures and as required by the Executive Director and Chief Executive Officer.

Responsibilities:

• Design and implement comprehensive marketing strategies utilizing all forms of advertising media
• Supervise department, providing guidance and feedback to sales/marketing team
• Conduct general marketing research to keep abreast of trends and competitor’s marketing actions
• Receive inquiries and set up tours for prospective residents
• Implement budget disbursements accordingly
• Meet requirements of regulatory agencies
• Maintain confidentiality of all pertinent resident information, ensuring the preservation of resident rights
• Promote the Christian Care entities to the public in a positive manner

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in business administration, marketing, and communications or related field
• Proven experience in marketing and management; three to five years required
• Superior leadership and organizational skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Able read, write, and speak the English language
• Knowledgeable with current and online marketing techniques and best practices
• Knowledge of web analytics (e.g., Google Analytics, etc.) and Google AdWords
• Team player
• Enthusiastic
• Community-minded
