Family First Life Coastal is looking for an Insurance Agent to join our team in our Charleston office. The focus of this vital role is to manage the relationship with the different insurance companies and clients by creating a positive working relationship. The Insurance Agent is responsible for addressing client issues and responding to questions.
The ideal candidate comes with experience in sales and developing new opportunities among both existing and new customers. Excellent cross-functional experience working with multiple companies, team, and product marketing to improve the entire customer experience is a critical factor in this role.
Requirements:
- Strong verbal and written communications skills
- Excellent listening, negotiation, and presentation abilities
- Familiarity with CRM software, Microsoft Office, Google Suites, and E-doc applications
- Passion for helping others
