As a Senior in EY Comply, you will work primarily in one of our SDC EY offices in Philadelphia, which is one of our EY xe2x80x9coffices of the futurexe2x80x9d and comprised of high-performing resources, who work closely with our experienced client serving professionals, to deliver managed services to our Financial Services clients. The opportunity You will play a key role in supporting a new team set to define the way private equity and PE Fund of Fund General Partners (GPs) meet their fund controllership, investment books and records, regulatory, tax, and financial statement reporting requirements. Top-tier GPs and investment managers are increasingly looking to EY to provide operational services for critical functions, in parallel with their current custodians. You will play a key role in supporting a team responsible for coordinating and defining how EY manages its engagements with top-tier GPs from a commercial, contract and financial perspective, including: supporting commercial discipline and managing contract compliance; managing service economics and financial reporting to internal and client stakeholders; overseeing scope changes and implications on invoiced fees, and managing scheduled governance meetings with client executives. What we offer
We offer a comprehensive compensation and benefits package where youxe2x80x99ll be rewarded based on your performance and recognized for the value you bring to the business. The salary range for this job in most geographic locations in the US is $50,800 to $103,600. The salary range for New York City Metro Area, Washington State and California (excluding Sacramento) is $61,000 to $117,800. Individual salaries within those ranges are determined through a wide variety of factors including but not limited to education, experience, knowledge, skills and geography. In addition, our Total Rewards package includes medical and dental coverage, pension and 401(k) plans, and a wide range of paid time off options. Under our flexible vacation policy, youxe2x80x99ll decide how much vacation time you need based on your own personal circumstances.
