General Office Tasks

• Assist with incoming phone calls when receptionist is on the phone or handling customer walk-in’s
• Directing phone calls to the appropriate departments
• Input estimate request leads
• Collect deposits and acceptances when needed
• Taking down customers information and needs
• Problem solving customer needs
• Explain company procedures to customers
• Provide exceptional customer service to all customers
• Support office with other duties as assigned
