Position Overview:
Analysts work closely with senior bankers in all aspects of a transaction from origination to closing. Analysts have the opportunity to harness their potential by being part of a culture of collaboration and accountability that offers compelling work and immediate direct client exposure.
Responsibilities include but are not limited to:
- Work on client engagements related to M&A advisory services, capital formation, and other strategic advisory work
- Support the development of qualitative and quantitative analyses and presentation materials
- Construct and maintain financial models for M&A and financing scenarios
- Develop client presentations and transaction-related documents
- Research and assimilate market data related to public and private companies
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree
- Internship or previous work experience in M&A, private equity, or related investment firm
- Detail-oriented with exceptional critical thinking and problem-solving abilities
- Capable of managing a variety of transactions and projects simultaneously
- Resourceful self-starter; able to work autonomously
- General understanding of accounting, finance and investment banking processes
- Demonstrated team player and leader
- Exceptional analytical, quantitative and communication skills
- Able to excel in a dynamic and entrepreneurial environment
- Proficient in Excel and PowerPoint
- Series 69, 73 and SIE required following employment
