PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES + EXPECTATIONS The Finance and Operations Director position is designed to provide leadership, management and accountability for the organizationxe2x80x99s financial, budgetary and administrative processesxe2x80x94including technology, physical infrastructure, human resources, payroll and benefits functionsxe2x80x94with an eye to continuously developing and improving systems. This position represents these areas as part of the agencyxe2x80x99s Leadership Team and works very closely with the Executive Director and other agency directors and managers. EVOLVE partners with ADP as a professional employer organization (PEO) to assist with HR administration, employee benefits, payroll, and regulatory compliance, which supports facets of this position. Human Resources Leadership xc2xb7 Respond to employee grievances in coordination with their supervisor, the Executive Director and/or ADP as needed xc2xb7 Field employee questions or direct to ADP as appropriate regarding benefits, medical and family leaves, PTO. xc2xb7 Oversee and collaborate with Accounting and Admin Specialist to establish and ensure ongoing compliance with personnel files. xc2xb7 Conduct Exit Interviews Administrative Leadership

This position offices out of the Oak Park Heights location and is hybrid, with in office time required each week, as well as the ability to work remotely part of the week if preferred. All staff are provided with a laptop and have access to the server remotely. If working from home, you will need access to high-speed internet and cell phone service. Your home workspace must be conducive to perform the specific work you will be doing. Typical business hours for this position are Monday-Friday, 8:30-4:30, with occasional evenings or weekends for special events. Our agency allows some flexibility around adjusting work schedules for individualized needs, outside of required staff meetings.
