We are currently looking to hire a self-motivated individual to fill a permanent position at our dealership. Sales and management experience are required, as well as a sincere passion for motorcycles. An ideal candidate will be a member of the motorcycle/riding community. This position will encompass a variety of duties.
Management opportunities and pay will grow with the position.
Typical Job Duties Include:
· Engaging customers online and in person at the dealership.
· Responding to sales leads by email and phone.
· Maintaining current model year product knowledge.
· Facilitating customer test rides.
· Learning and promoting manufacturer rebates and specials.
· Ensuring that all owned motorcycles are mechanically ready for sale and clean.
· Keeping the lot and showroom neat and always display ready.
· Building and completing profitable sales deals in dealership management software.
· Tracking motorcycles sales and reporting to ownership.
· Assisting customers in securing retail financing for motorcycle purchases.
· Completing applicable paperwork for the sales, financing, and title processes.
· Selling finance products such as extended warranties, GAP insurance, and similar.
· Communicating and planning with management at two additional dealership locations.
A Good Candidate for the Job:
· Will be a team player and pitch in wherever help is needed.
· Should have a strong desire to sell; compensation includes commission.
· Lightspeed EVO software experience a plus.
· Agrees to use proper safety gear when riding.
· Must be able to stand on their feet for long periods of time and lift up to 30 pounds.
· Must maintain a clean, valid driver’s license with a motorcycle endorsement.
· Will Have A Strong Passion for Motorcycles!
Our schedule is not flexible. You must be able to work Tuesday through Friday from 8:30 am to 6:00pm and Saturday from 7:45 am to 5:00pm. We expect you to be at work every day, especially Saturday as this is often our busiest day. Employees are often asked to work dealership events, or to represent the dealership at motorcycle events around Orlando.

Benefits, including medical, dental, vision, and paid time off, are available after completion of a probationary period. Compensation will include a salary base, plus commission.
