Job Title: Payroll Clerk

Job Type: Contract

Job Duration: 03 months temp

Location: Phoenix, AZ, 85009

Shift: Regular 7-3

Position Summary

Basic skills:-

• Minimum of 1 year of payroll experience
• MS Office (Word, PowerPoint, Email)
• 10-key-by-touch experience
• Must be willing to work flexible hours, Holidays, and some weekends
• Ability to work with little supervision and be self-motivated must be self-motivated and take in initiative
• Excellent communication skills with internal and external customers and Demonstrated attention to detail

Compiles payroll data for pay sheets and check processing

Enters data into Excel spreadsheet and Incentive web programs

Data analysis of paysheet data and process corrections

Research payroll inconsistencies

Meet payroll strict deadlines

Corresponds via email with our divisional teams

Maintain UKG, fix applicable missing punches, timecodes

Prepare and distribute weekly summary reports

Audit data to ensure accuracy of payroll records

Calculate adjustments for prior pay periods

Cover/Assist in other areas as needed
