Our rapidly growing medical company is seeking a dynamic and experienced Chief Financial Officer (CFO) to lead our financial and accounting operations. The CFO will play a crucial role in shaping our financial strategy, driving growth, overseeing day-to-day accounting processes, and introducing efficient budgeting processes.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement tax strategies to optimize the company’s financial position while ensuring compliance with tax regulations.
• Lead the development and execution of financial growth strategies that align with the company’s objectives.
• Oversee and manage day-to-day accounting operations, including financial reporting, accounts payable/receivable, and payroll.
• Develop and implement company-wide budgeting processes and controls, ensuring alignment with business goals.
• Analyze financial data and provide insights to support decision-making and cost management.
• Work closely with executive leadership to drive financial and strategic planning.
• Evaluate and manage the company’s risk exposure, including experience with captive insurance companies.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive financial efficiency and effectiveness.
• Mentor, train, and develop the finance and accounting team.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in finance, accounting, or related field; MBA or CPA preferred.
• Proven experience as a CFO or in a senior financial leadership role.
• Strong background in tax strategy, financial growth strategy, and budgeting.
• Experience with captive insurance companies is highly desirable.
• Knowledge of healthcare regulations and compliance is a plus.
• Exceptional financial analysis and strategic planning skills.
• Excellent communication and leadership abilities.
• Proficient in financial software and systems.
