Job Description:
JOB SUMMARY: The Finance Manager is responsible for providing financial analysis and support to management on strategic planning, budgeting and operations planning, performance monitoring and variance analysis in support of global companywide objectives. Supports finance management on key projects and analyses to achieve financial and business goals through collecting, preparing, and analyzing financial and business information. The successful candidate will be highly resourceful, deliver results, have a passion for organizational excellence, and possess a strong set of analytical and communication skills.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES:
Lead P&L and balance sheet forecasting process for Implant Direct and VALUE Business Unit including financial guidance to all the entities within the VALUE Business Unit
Lead the Budgeting process for Implant Direct and VALUE Business Unit and support the Strategic Plan process.
Lead the monthly financial close process in analyzing and delivering accurate financial results while providing explanations for key revenue and expense variances.
Supervisory responsibility for one financial analyst; sets daily priorities to meet operational objectives, conveys performance expectations, conducts annual reviews, supports development.
Prepare financial reporting requirement packages and presentations.
Support the Accounting Team by providing monthly accruals and supplemental information as needed.
Provide regular sales tracking and reporting including run-rate analysis.
Interface with Senior Management, Department Managers, and key stakeholders to gain understanding of key revenue and cost drivers.
Conduct thorough research of historical financial data and present risks and opportunities.
Assist in financial evaluation of future business opportunities.
Maintain or update business intelligence tools, databases, dashboards, or systems in a timely manner.
Perform ad hoc analysis and reporting as needed.
Job Requirements:
REQUIRED:
Bachelor’s degree required, preferably in Business Administration, Accounting, Economics, or related field.
7+ years’ finance experience to include P&L risk and opportunity management.
7+ years of Advanced Excel skills
7+ years’ experience using ERP systems (Oracle, HFM, SAP) required.
PREFERRED SKILLS:
MBA preferred
Analysis package experience (Tableau, BI, etc.) preferred
Manufacturing or CPG industry preferred
Management or Leadership experience preferred

Target Market Salary Range:
