This position reports to the Senior Vice President of Finance & Operations and the primary objective of the role will be to support ECI s business partners by providing a broad range of analytics, financial management, and strategic support to drive improved outcomes and financial results. The Manager of Finance and Business Performance will have opportunities to lead various projects and initiatives, formulate analysis and recommendations that will directly influence management decisions, provide guidance and leadership to ECI s functional leaders, and build strong consultative relationships with business partners across ECI.

Job Responsibilities:
Manage the monthly financial close and reporting process for the organization.
Own key performance indicator (KPI) identification, reporting, analytics, and business insights.
Provide analyses and strategic recommendations to management and business partners.
Synthesize data, analyses, conclusions, and recommendations into a presentable format for senior management.
Lead and manage the annual budgeting process as well as any ongoing yearly financial projections.
Proactive partnership and communication with functional business leaders.
Use data and business knowledge to continuously provide insightful information, reporting, and analysis that evolve as the business changes.
Lead and create cost benefit analyses to support corporate decision making.
Lead and organize the company efforts around pricing new and existing business opportunities.
Own and manage contracts with clients as well as annual purchase order renewal.
Use data and information to drive internal business scaling efforts.
Monitor and implement quarterly fuel adjustments to contracts.
Oversee and be the main contact for corporate credit card program.
Provide client requested reports regarding staffing, billing, budgets, and projects status when requested.
Required Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance required.
7+ years of professional experience in Finance with a successful track record in financial modeling, analysis, and management.
Experience in analyzing business performance and developing financial plans.
Ability to lead process improvement initiatives from problem identification through implementation.
Demonstrated success of implementing new programs/strategies.
Advanced aptitude with Excel, PowerPoint, and other Microsoft Office applications.
Able to represent the company with a high degree of professionalism and integrity.
Excellent interpersonal skills and outstanding written and oral communication skills.
Must be willing to travel including overnight and a few weekends each year.
Must live in the Eastern or Central time zone.
Preferred Qualifications:
MBA and/or CPA a plus.

This job operates in an office, field or remote depending on client needs. This role routinely uses standard office equipment such as computers, phones, photocopiers, filing cabinets and fax machines.
Physical Demands:
The employee is regularly required to sit, talk, and hear. The employee is occasionally required to stand and walk. The employee must occasionally lift and/or move up to 25 pounds. The noise level in the work environment is usually quiet.
