The Client Implementation Coordinator is responsible for supporting and managing client implementation projects to facilitate the transition to our next-generation data platform.
The Client Implementation Coordinator will ensure client satisfaction during the project by coordinating the implementation project activities.
The Client Implementation Coordinator will collaborate with the client and utilize problem-solving skills to create a valued client partnership.
Responsibilities may vary as directed by manager.
Essential Functions Own and manage the client’s implementation project Accurately track and provide regular updates on client implementation project activity Engage client business and technical teams in regular touchpoint meetings Effectively communicate with the client’s business and technical project teams Perform client configuration within the user interface of the platform Respond to client inquiries to answer questions and resolve issues efficiently Escalate and manage critical issues effectively Provide administrative support to Client Service professionals on complex migrations Job Requirements High School Diploma or equivalent required; Bachelor’s Degree preferred 1-3 years related experienced (college education may count for related experience) Intermediate computer skills and knowledge of Microsoft systems required Attention to detail Develop subject matter expertise on the data platform Excellent communication skills Ability to work independently and maintain tight deadlines Analytical skills and critical thinking Recommended Skills Administration Analytical Attention To Detail Communication Critical Thinking Customer Service googletag.
