VP of Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A)
The VP of FP&A is responsible for overseeing the financial planning and analysis department, providing key financial insights that drive the company’s strategic decisions, financial forecasts, and operating plans. This role requires a deep understanding of the financial drivers and dynamics behind growth and profitability.
Responsibilities:
- Lead the financial forecasting, budgeting, and analysis processes.
- Provide strategic guidance to the CEO and other top executives on financial planning.
- Evaluate company’s financial performance and investments.
- Develop and implement a financial risk management policy.
- Oversee the preparation of detailed financial reports and statements.
- Lead and develop the FP&A team.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s or master’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or Economics.
- Proven experience in a senior FP&A role.
- Strong leadership, communication, and analytical skills.
- Deep understanding of financial modeling techniques and valuation methods used by analysts and investors.
- Knowledge of ERP systems and financial/statistical software.
- Strong quantitative and qualitative analysis skills.
