DSR Corporation is seeking an experienced, ambitious, and talented Marketing Manager to develop strategic marketing plans and then oversee the implementation and execution of the various efforts associated with it.

The ideal candidate will have a passion for technology, enjoy working on a diverse set of offerings, and learn new things.

Responsibilities

• Build marketing programs to support specific marketing objectives across different channels and segments in support of our overall strategic marketing plan
• Define and craft marketing messaging around DSR products and services
• Prepare and monitor the marketing budget on a quarterly and annual basis and allocate funds wisely
• Manage and participate in the creation of marketing collateral, including authoring blogs, white papers, product video scripts, etc.
• Oversee the creation and update of information on DSR websites to reflect the latest offerings and positioning
• Deploy successful marketing campaigns and own their implementation from ideation through execution
• Market through various channels and segment databases working with large data sets
• Develop business cases for marketing programs at the proposal stage and make recommendations on marketing tactics
• Evaluate the impact of marketing programs in achieving their stated objectives, including impact on lead flow, LTV, and retention
• Partner with creative teams, other internal stakeholders, and external agencies and vendors
• Lead the execution of marketing programs from start to finish, driving collaboration with the stakeholders and leveraging the right internal processes
• Work with and manage marketing staff

Qualifications

• 5+ years of Marketing experience
• BSc / MSc degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field
• Experience building complex marketing programs and reporting on the results
• A sense of aesthetics and a love for great copy and witty communication
• Excellent writing and communication skills
• Experience with digital marketing
• Up-to-date with the latest trends and best practices in online marketing and measurement
• Competence as a creative writer with an eye for great emails and landing pages
• Strong project management skills
• Strong problem-solving ability, including metrics-driven thinking
• Solid knowledge of website analytics tools is a plus (e.g., Google Analytics)
• Knowledge or work in the IT industry and service companies is a plus
• Experience managing junior staff
• Ability to travel as necessary
