Job Title: Senior Marketing Consultant

Location: Calabasas California 91302

Duration: 2022-10-24 to 2023-03-17 (might be extended)

Requirements:

• MBA from an accredited college or university with a concentration in Business or Marketing related discipline
• 3+ years CPG experience having directly supported a brand in a global or commercial organization with strong analytical and project management responsibilities
• Proficient in MS Office Suite
• Experience drafting consumer concepts and agency briefs
• Proficient in syndicated data

Responsibilities:

• Work collaboratively with Program Management to lead product launches from inception to launch, managing the stage gate process proactively
• Analyze market trends and identify new product opportunities
• Initiate packaging briefs and manage packaging implementation
• Support management of sample sales
• Make innovation recommendations by analyzing consumer insights, competition and market data to track new products activity, spot trends and identify gaps
• Track EPC new product performance
