What you’ll do:

• Design, own and execute a global marketing strategy with a focus on demand generation and brand awareness with respect to both B2B as well as employer branding/talent awareness.
• Provide leadership for strategic growth objectives by guiding your marketing team across B2B, Employer Branding and PR & Communications areas.
• Drive new qualified leads and support our sales team in moving the topline revenue needle. • Position Devtech as a thought leader through meaningful and relevant content creation, as well as keynote sessions and panel discussions at relevant industry events.
• Build out a plan and execute on industry event presence as part of demand generation efforts.
• Support the sales organization by ensuring up to date sales and marketing collateral.
• Work across the organization with sales, HR and our delivery teams to create meaningful content and drive marketing initiatives for both employer branding and customer brand awareness purposes.
• Manage marketing budgets and direct activities to achieve the most impactful ROI.
• Own the design, implementation and tracking of marketing KPIs.
• Evaluation of competitors, from B2B as well as talent perspective, and general market research.
• Staying on top of the latest industry trends.

What you’ll need:

• 10+ years in progressively responsible marketing leadership roles in B2B IT services industry.
• Technology-enabled marketing leader, comfortable using digital tools to collaborate and lead marketing teams.
• Hands on approach, comfortable with being both player and a coach – leading and growing your team while driving tactical execution as well.
• Strong English communication skills.
• Creative mindset with attention to detail and an eye for aesthetics.
• You’re great at time-management and organizing your own activities as well as that of your team.
• Strong interpersonal skills, ability to communicate and manage well at all levels of the organization and with staff at remote locations.
• High level of integrity and dependability with a strong sense of urgency and result oriented.
• You’re a self-starter who is excited to work in a collaborative team environment.
