Work you’ll do As a Business Analyst you will assist with the design, analysis, testing, and deployment of data-driven, web-based applications created for the collateralized loan obligation (CLO) market and broader corporate loan market. Day to day job responsibilities may include: Work with a team of business analysts and client support personnel related to CLO and syndicated loan software, and perform these functions on a hands-on basis for our most complex clients Ensure timely responses to support case for our clients Help develop requirements for, and assist in testing of, software enhancements including providing market and user insights Manage client expectations regarding deliverables and timing Contribute to a strong client relationship through interactions with client personnel Contribute to a positive team attitude Maintain flexibility with their schedule in order to meet business needs and client demands The desired candidate will evidence a passion for delivering quality client service while staying up to date with best operational practices and related technology in the loan market. The Team Our Financial Technology practice develops and licenses a growing family of proprietary software products (see http://www.deloitte.com/ft) to assist financial institutions with a number of complex topics, such as accounting for credit deteriorated assets and the administration of investments in leveraged loans. We are looking to add to our Solvas Asset Management„ ( www.solvassoftware.com ) solution team. Solvas Asset Management is a suite of solutions including Solvas Portfolio„, Solvas Agent„, Solvas Compliance„, and Solvas PoP„ for the various needs of administrator, trustee, agent, and asset manager clients in the collateralized loan/debt obligations (CLOs/CDOs), credit funds, and syndicated loan markets. Qualifications Required: Ability to demonstrate familiarity with the loan market At least two years direct experience working in the CLO, syndicated loan, and/or private debt markets including corporate loan administration, loan operations, and/or loan agency Experience working with and an understanding of legal documents such as offering memoranda, offering circulars, indentures and private placement memoranda, including related compliance test calculations or concentration test limitations Demonstrated excellence in delivering client support and managing various request simultaneously Experience with a loan administration and/or CLO-compliance software platform Proficient with Microsoft Office products (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Access, Teams) and video conferencing platforms Ability to travel up to 10% based on the work you do and the clients and industries/sectors you serve Limited immigration sponsorship may be available Preferred: Familiarity or experience with the software development, support, or operations teams Proficiency with support case, task, and project management systems BS/BA in accounting, finance or economics Exposure to computer programming languages such as SQL The wage range for this role takes into account the wide range of factors that are considered in making compensation decisions including but not limited to skill sets; experience and training; licensure and certifications; and other business and organizational needs. The disclosed range estimate has not been adjusted for the applicable geographic differential associated with the location at which the position may be filled. At Deloitte, it is not typical for an individual to be hired at or near the top of the range for their role and compensation decisions are dependent on the facts and circumstances of each case. A reasonable estimate of the current range is $60,278 – $131,013.Estimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.
