In this role, you will provide comprehensive financial planning and analysis as well as capital management of a $250 – $300 million operation. This role will require you to be accountable for proactively driving operational and financial performance by leveraging best practices, analyzing trends, identifying root causes to problems, and embedding controls in key processes.
The role will be based in Chicago with an expectation for a Hybrid work schedule.
Skills for success include: strong communication & interpersonal skills, ability to perform in ambiguous environment, ability to challenge, cross group collaboration, conflict negotiation and resolution, and operate in a fast-paced environment.
