Finance Manager
My client, a prestigious nonprofit Christian organization, is seeking a Finance Manager. This organization boasts work/life balance, good benefits, childcare discount, and a welcoming culture. Up to $113k base. Onsite in Brentwood 4 days a week with one remote day. Permanent direct hire. Must have management experience.
Overview of the Finance Manager Role:
- The Finance Manager develops, leads, implements, and maintains all financial planning and analysis including forecasting, budgeting, and cash flow management for multiple entities with a $20 million dollar budget
- Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports while tracking key performance indicators
- Manage a staff of three employees
- Oversee and reviews accounting tasks, including payroll, purchasing, accounts receivable, accounts payable, stock transfers, and compliance
- Present financial reports to Financial Committee
- Oversee annual audit
- Collaborates with investment managers and bank executives developing strategies for successful money management
- Manage data input and integrity
- Drafts and implements financial policies and best practices to support achievement of goals and objectives meeting required standards
Qualifications for the Finance Manager:
- Experience overseeing a budget
- Management experience
- Ability to present to a high profile financial committee
- Bachelor Degree or Higher
