POSITION SUMMARY: The Program Manager provides staff supervision and administers services within the Financial Support Services Department. Responsibilities include: developing and implementing policies and procedures; supervising, training and mentoring team members; implementing, monitoring and advancing quality and performance outcomes; ensuring compliance with relevant standards of care, laws and regulations. Program managers may provide direct care as determined by program/staff needs and to maintain familiarity with service delivery.

SUPERVISORY RESPONSIBILITIES
This position will supervise generally in the range of 3 to 15 direct reports consisting of direct service staff and depending on assigned programs, may include interns and one or more program coordinator/lead or associate manager.
TRAVEL
This position may require local travel as well as limited in-state and out of state travel.
SALARY RANGE & BENEFITS
SCHEDULE & WORKING CONDITIONS
This position is full time, predominantly during business hours Monday through Friday and will require some evening and weekend hours. The position is based in Detroit. Work is generally performed within the office environment and includes significant in person, phone and email contact with staff, patients/clients, funders and the general public. This position reports to the Vice President of Programs & Community Impact.
