Marketing Director Job Summary

Marketing Director Responsibilities

• Marketing Strategy :
• Develop and execute comprehensive marketing strategies to enhance the company’s brand presence and market position in the AEC industry.
• Collaborate with leadership to align marketing efforts with overall business goals.
• Brand Management :
• Oversee the development and maintenance of the company’s brand identity, ensuring consistency across all channels and materials.
• Position Company Name as a thought leader in the civil engineering and design consulting sector.
• Content Development :
• Lead the creation of engaging and impactful marketing collateral, including case studies, whitepapers, presentations, and website content.
• Collaborate with subject matter experts to develop industry-relevant content.
• Digital Marketing :
• Drive digital marketing initiatives, including social media management, email campaigns, and website optimization.
• Utilize analytics to measure the effectiveness of digital marketing efforts and adjust strategies accordingly.
• Client Engagement :
• Build and nurture client relationships through targeted marketing and communication strategies.
• Coordinate with business development teams to support client acquisition and retention efforts.
• Event Management :
• Plan and coordinate participation in industry events, conferences, and trade shows.
• Develop and implement strategies to maximize the impact of events on brand visibility and lead generation.

Marketing Director Requirements

• Education :
• Bachelor’s degree in marketing, Business, or a related field; MBA is a plus.
• Experience :
• A minimum of 7 years of experience in marketing, with a preference for candidates with experience in the AEC industry.
• Skills :
• Proven strategic marketing and branding expertise.
• Strong digital marketing skills, including proficiency in social media management and analytics tools.
• Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
