Finance Manager/Spinners (Dealership)

Purpose:

The Finance Manager insures that the dealership meets its performance targets. The ideal candidate has strong financial literacy, works well in a very fast paced and high volume environment and can coach teammates to maximize guest experience.

Duties and Responsibilities:

Work worth purpose and intention to secure best available options for our guests.

Conduct sales meetings.

Ensure that salespeople are accountable for all stips before deal is printed

Ensure that every guest has the best experience possible.

Ensure legal, financial and other pertinent paperwork is both accurate, timely and organized.

Qualifications:

Strong automotive sales and finance experience.

Experience in a dealership management position.

Excellent communication skills.

Excellent managerial skills.

Willing to train the right person with car experience

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $41,000.00 – $80,000.00 per year

Schedule:

• 8 hour shift

Supplemental Pay:

• Bonus pay

Ability to commute/relocate:

• White Marsh, MD: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Required)

Experience:

• Dealership experience: 1 year (Preferred)
• Sales: 1 year (Preferred)
