We are searching for a talented Accounts Payable Clerk to join our team.
The Accounts Payable Clerk performs duties related to company purchasing including receiving invoices, managing approvals, writing checks, and maintaining files. In addition to these duties the administrator serves as an assistant to the Manager and performs duties delegated to them such as monitoring purchases, negotiating purchasing contracts and pricing maintaining company assets, and bookkeeping. This person generates reports for the executive team to aid their decision making.
