POWER SYSTEMS DIVISION
For the commercial, utility, mining, industrial, manufacturing and renewable energy markets, we offer a complete portfolio of products and services that help customers transform, protect, connect and build our electric power system backbone — from power delivery, automation and control, metering and demand response solutions designed to increase efficiency and smart operations. The Power Systems business serves customers in the commercial, utility, mining, industrial and manufacturing, renewable energy and other markets.
POSITION OVERVIEW
Reporting directly to the President of Power Systems Division (PSD) and functionally to the Vice President of the ESS Group (Electrical Services and Solutions), the Vice President of Finance is responsible for the end to end financial oversight of the division to ensure maximized profitable growth in support of large strategic initiatives for the division. This role will be responsible for building organizational capability within the finance function and provide financial leadership and direction to the operations and its leadership team in pursuit of goals and objectives. This position will be based at the Power Systems Division Headquarters site in Waukesha, WI.
He/she will be a key business partner and strategist to the senior executive leadership team and will take on a highly visible and important role as the financial advisor and leader for the division. He/she will be a valued business partner to the President of the Power Systems division, as well as various other key leaders within the group to help drive the business forward and ensure continued top line revenue growth, profitability and a strong capital structure. The selected executive will be a thought leader in regards to the business strategy providing key observations, ideas and suggestions, and being an outspoken advocate in identifying both risk and opportunities the organization. This position will be a critical business partner and advisor to the executive team, responsible for the financial direction, guidance and compliance to support successful broader company operations.
