Position: Customer Success Manager
Role Description:
Clinify Health is hiring a Customer Success Manager to join our fast-growing team and support our growing customer list. We are looking for a Customer Success Manager with 2-4 years of experience. This role will enable true success of our customers, help our customers to feel supported in using our platform, and find immense value in not only our platform but our team. This role will own the overall relationship with our customers ? increasing product adoption, ensuring retention, happiness, and product optimization of our healthcare solution.
Role Responsibilities:
Beginning at post-sale, this role coordinates and leads the optimal customer experience by working with customers to define their critical success factors, then driving value recognition on the path to achieving their success factors
Serve as the “voice of the customer”, collecting feedback to drive continuous product improvement across all customer segments of production adoption
Proactively listen to and learn from our customers. Consistently look for ways to prioritize and incorporate feedback on process, working with our internal teams to streamline our customer experience and operations
Improve processes, and develop better data on our customers and product usage
Manage the lifecycle of each customer, and deliver tailored value propositions to customers through presentations and live product demos to improve their lifecycle development
Collaborate effectively within the product team, which includes product management, account management, product marketing, engineering, service delivery, and sales
Exercise strong clinical and care management workflow acumen and partner with clinic leaders to create plans to achieve their goals using best and/or evidence-based practices
Identify renewal risks, collaborating with account managers to assist with contract renewal
Generate customer success stories, white papers, posters, ambassadors, and reference account activity and loyalty
