The ICRM Training Program Trainer (NAM) is accountable for the ICRM Training programs that support the training needs of the Financial Crimes, AML, and FIU Organizations. Programs supported by this role include Projects, System, Procedures, AML Topics and New Hire/New to Role Programs, as well as other NAM regional training-related initiatives. To support this work, the Program Trainer will need to manage training projects, develop training courses and content, and deliver training to support assigned projects and programs. This position will consult with the business requestors to determine training needs, identify learner training requirements, oversee/support/manage progress against milestones and evaluate effectiveness of end-learning products. The unique area of focus for this position is NAM FIU. Additionally, this role will support various regulatory, internal audit and compliance testing reviews, along with managing projects and training reports.
Responsibilities
Lead training delivery and support for existing and emerging training programs specific to NAM FIU.
Support and manage multiple training projects with cross-business, cross-functional or global impact, with a major emphasis on NAM FIU.
Build, develop and maintain training course content and curriculums to meet Stakeholder requirements.
Partner with designers/trainers to create and implement content when needed for a training request.
Maintain and manage training-related documents and artifacts for MCA/Audit.
Assess learning and development requirements for various populations and learning approaches impacted by the project.
Serve as a contact for new training requests.
Collaborate with key stakeholders to ensure new to role/onboarding success and to create individualized coaching plans that ensure new hire and incumbent success.
Influence business and functional leaders to take-action. Prepare regional trainers to execute against new and enhanced courses and curriculums to deliver NAM-based training content.
Produce and maintain MIS reports and training records, and adhere to Record Management requirements.
Troubleshoot training-related issues within ICRM Training.
Manage projects through the Training Tracking Process.
Specific Areas of Focus
Subject Matter Expert in Corporate Training Delivery and Course Development.
Working experience developing and delivery training for Case Review and Investigations.
Working experience designing training materials, creating curriculums, and evaluating programs.
Knowledge/Experience
Knowledge of AML Operation and Citi Businesses supported by the FIU
Solid knowledge of course content and materials specific to NAM FIU
Ability to effectively prioritize and manage multiple assignments. Strong understanding of learning theories and fundamentals skills
Ability to handle conflict and negotiations
Project management skills
Strong working knowledge and application of Citi Learning applications and tools utilized to support training programs
Advanced understanding of area supported

Proficient in Microsoft Office products
Qualifications
5+ years in a business environment
4-6+ years’ experience delivering and developing training programs in a corporate environment.
Technology experience with SharePoint, LMS and Reporting along with Microsoft Office products.
Track record of success delivering high quality work in a fast paced and dynamic environment
Communicates clearly in written and spoken correspondence

Prior project management experience preferred
