We are looking for a Group Marketing Manager who is an experienced leader, comfortable making decisions, enjoys interacting with people, and can lead the charge from planning through execution. In our newly created role, you will be responsible for setting strategy as well as seeing the tactical execution through to completion while driving business results. In this position, you will not only be challenged with marketing at a B2B level, but you will also provide marketing support to partners to drive our product to their customers. The right person for this role has a strong creative eye combined with excellent planning and project management skills with a varied background in marketing and sales support. Pay and Schedule – $78k – $82k annually, depending on experience. This position is Remote, only accepting candidates from the following states: Connecticut, Florida, Maryland, New Jersey, North Carolina and Rhode Island.

Responsibilities:
Effectively leads, empowers, and develops a Team of 5 Marketing & Creative team members.
With skills in project management, demand gen, brand marketing, and campaign strategy, you will exercise judgment to prioritize workflows, manage key campaign milestones, communicate dependencies, and keep stakeholders informed as campaigns progress.
Serve as the liaison between cross-functional teams and partners.
Manage the prioritization, planning, and reporting across major campaigns.
Find creative solutions to campaign risks and roadblocks: you’re excited about tackling problems and do what it takes to ensure key projects stay on track.
Develop & execute yearly marketing plans: Graduation Planning, Social Media Marketing, Brochures, Display Program.
Ensure Team’s tactics are met on time and within budget.
Engage and cultivate assigned partner relationships to achieve yearly revenue targets per partner.
Collaborate with New Business Development Team on marketing needs to grow the business.
Improve partner marketing programs to optimize use of internal resources’ time, create more high-touch, personalized communications with partners, and build store revenue, engagement and loyalty.
Develop, edit and/or vet content and copy for marketing campaigns by segment of business, and work with the Creative team to design materials that are cohesive and aligned with brand voice and look.
Oversees efforts to identify, define, prioritize, and execute new initiatives and programs to optimize B2B and B2C results, with a focus on profitable growth.
Working cross-functionally, you will own the planning, management, execution, optimization, and reporting of campaigns.
Track and report on marketing metrics and ROI.
Qualifications:
6-8 years of Marketing experience.
Leadership experience, can include managing an agency relationship.
Budget management with invoice tracking.
Must have experience writing marketing copy for sales presentations, emails, social posts, and sell sheets.
Ability to understand business, brand, and customer priorities to achieve results.
Hands-on marketer with a passion for meeting goals, while executing details and analyzing the results.
Demonstrated experience in developing strategic plans, have a passion for future planning, and possess a will-do attitude.
Experience managing a team in a remote environment is A+.
