The Digital Content Specialist II has the responsibility of serving as an interface between CHRISTUS and consumer needs. CHRISTUS can become a leader in that digital space and provide thought leadership on digital initiatives that help set and promote business strategies and help deliver an excellent customer experience that helps the overall communities CHRISTUS Health serves. The Strategic Digital Analysts serves as a business relationship link between business units and the leadership level. Must be able to synthesize and translate consumer research and trends into strong actionable insights in order to address business challenges relative to the rise of consumerism in healthcare. In short, the Strategic Digital Analyst will be integral in helping to craft the strategy that transforms CHRISTUS in the digital engagement space.
