Check City Looking for Call Center/Account Manager (Check City) at Orem, UT Full Time

At Check City Collections we work to resolve customer accounts in a professional call center environment. We provide all necessary training, no experience required. We are a small business and offer a comfortable culture where each person is valued.

Job Duties:

• Understanding of collections dialing strategies, both predictive and preview dialing.
• Proactive approach to dialing customers with complete understanding of TCPA and FDCPA laws.
• Provide thorough, efficient, and accurate account updates on computer files.
• Knowledge, understanding, and compliance with all applicable Federal, State, and Local laws and regulations that regulate the collection industry.
• Knowledge, understanding, and compliance with Check City policies and procedures.
• Provide feedback to management concerning possible problems or areas of improvement.
• Make recommendations to implement improved processes.
• Perform other duties as assigned by management.

· Office Hours are M-F 8:00 am to 7:00 pm and Saturday 8:00 am to 2:00 pm
