POSITION SUMMARY*
The Manager, Vendor Management provides day-to-day support of the Vendor Management Department. You will initiate and expedite vendor onboarding activities while collaborating with cross-functional teams to conduct vendor due diligence. You will be required to work with business unit managers to track, measure, report and evaluate vendor performance in advance of contract renewals. This role reports to the Director of Procurement Operations. Core responsibilities include:

• Maintain familiarity with regulatory requirements regarding Third Party Risk Management (TPRM) and how to meet them
• Manage new and existing vendor relationships including day-to-day operations of the vendor due diligence process and ongoing monitoring
• Facilitate vendor onboarding and off-boarding exercises
• Compile and generate vendor performance metrics, SLA monitoring, reporting and documentation
• Maintain centralized vendor database
• Assist the Global Strategic Sourcing Manager with contract management and vendor onboarding activities
• Provide support to internal stakeholders to ensure compliance with established policies and procedures
• Proactively identify and address ways to improve existing processes

QUALIFICATIONS

• Bachelor’s degree 4+ years of vendor management experience
• Strong analytical skills
• Strong communication, presentation, and people management skills
• Relationship building and collaboration
• Proven record of leading cross functional teams and driving consensus through defined processes
• Strong sense of ownership, accountability, and entrepreneurial spirit
• Ability to work in a fast-paced start-up environment
