Reporting to the Director of Finance, the FP&A Manager is responsible for leading financial planning and analysis activities supporting our Flagship site with an Operational budget that accounts for $200M.
Key responsibilities focus on leading month end reporting and analysis, leading and coordinating planning and forecasting activities, ad hoc FP&A support as required and leading global projects. This position will work closely with the Senior Manufacturing Leaders, the Business Leadership Team, and the Accounting Group on a daily basis.

How will you get there?
Education
5 to 7 years business
Manufacturing experience a plus.
BA Finance or related field. MBA a plus
Experience and required skills
Financial Statement Acumen
SAP; FI, PBW, BPC (Business warehouse, excel based)
Significant understanding of reporting processes and technology tools
Advanced reporting analytics and modeling i.e. Tableau, Alteryx and other visualization add-ins
Quantitative and analytical skills to provide recommendations to the business
Ability to maintain and develop collaborative relationships with stakeholders
Ability to assess and identify issues and risks across the process to translate business needs to technical solutions
Demonstrated leadership experience in a complex global business environment
