CBRE is seeking a Transformation Assess & Design Program Analyst who will support the organization with assessments and scoping of transformational opportunities that are necessary to deliver the Enterprise agenda of relentless improvements to achieve Operational Excellence and maintain industry leadership. The ideal candidate will have a background in data analytics and data mining to be able to analyze multi-faceted issues and comprehend the root causes of success and impediments.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
Prepares and presents results of analysis for projects overseen by the PMO, along with their relative impact(s) to the business to all levels of management.
Uses status provided from activity owners to update and analyze project schedules to determine schedule slippage and other program related issues. Conveys impact of these issues to Program Managers and/or project teams.
Responsible for gathering data through assessments and scoping of transformational opportunities by working with people across the organization.
Managing analytics and planning which will include scoping, financial, value, and recommends the team membership structure including operations, finance, communication, change management, and reporting.
Identifying and packaging opportunities for others to deliver effectively and providing change management, reporting, and redesigning support.
Will identify potential opportunities for cost reduction and industrializing of CBRE’s GWS Enterprise organization.
Will be putting together analytical data to identify opportunities for transformation and how to best approach them.
Scoping services that include financial and operational baselines and identify risks and mitigations while coming up with visionary solutions for clear success measures.
Ensures that value is realized, tracked and reported
Supports optimization initiatives as part of the continuous improvement cycle as needed for assessing and designing
Serve as a critical team member for management consulting projects, from project initiation, through analysis, solutions development, implementation, and closeout; projects can span organizational development and transformation, strategic planning and implementation, business process improvement, risk management, and change management and strategic communications
Apply critical thinking and analytical problem-solving skills to collect quantitative and qualitative data (e.g., interviews, focus groups, surveys, document and dataset review)
Analyze quantitative and qualitative data and develop meaningful insights to address complex organizational challenges
Support the end-to-end development of work products and processes, such as root cause and gap analysis, findings and recommendation reports, requirements documents, process flows, standard operating procedures, strategic plans, strategic communications, and reporting dashboards
SUPERVISORY RESPONSIBILITIES
No formal supervisory responsibilities in this position. May provide informal assistance such as technical guidance, and/or training to coworkers. May coordinate and assign tasks to co-workers within a work unit and/or project.

EDUCATION and EXPERIENCE
Bachelor’s Degree (BA/BS) from an accredited university or college.
Minimum of four years of experience within a consulting or transformational scope of work with significant data analytics and data mining experience.
Minimum four years of experience supporting large, complex programs from the initiation & design stage to the successful delivery stage.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Strong organizational and interpersonal skills. Should have “strength of voice” to ensure that critical issues are well-understood and / or accountability is driven where needed.
Ability to influence in a diplomatic way at multiple levels of the organization.
Experience presenting to a leadership team with the ability to provide efficient, timely, and reliable information to stakeholders as needed.
Experience manipulating data through the use of various technologies including but not limited to MS Excel, Pivot Tables, Power BI, Tableau, etc.

OTHER SKILLS and ABILITIES
Intermediate skills with Microsoft Office Suite including MS Project. Organizational skills and the ability to think critically.

Decisions made with understanding of procedures and company policies to achieve set results and deadlines. Responsible for setting own project deadlines. Errors in judgment may cause short-term impact to co-workers and supervisor.
