The Front Office Manager has overall responsibility for supervising Guest Service Agents, Night Auditors, and bell staff to ensure total guest satisfaction. Provide guidance and direction to all associates to ensure they are adhering to all hotel policies, standards, procedures, and regulations.
As the front office manager in a hotel, you are responsible for dealing directly with guests and ensuring quality customer service with every staff interaction. You maintain your staff’s ability to provide courteous and helpful assistance to customers regardless of tense or trying circumstances
The hotel position will be task to perm, and must live in the Albuquerque or surronding area.
