The Role:
Carrot is seeking a Product Manager who will shape how our members engage with Carrot and routed to the best care personalized to our members’ needs. You will work closely with operational stakeholders across the organization and partner with Engineering and Design counterparts to deliver products that scale our impact to customers and members around the world. If you relish the challenge of shaping a product that supports a diverse set of member needs across all paths towards parenthood and lifelong fertility healthcare, this role is for you!
You’ll be responsible for:
Owning and implementing the roadmap for member onboarding, communications, and Carrot Plans, our personalized guide to fertility & family-forming care
Understanding the needs of internal stakeholders in our Care Navigation, Customer Success, Clinical teams to enable effective member care
Working with Engineering and Design colleagues to plan and execute projects that expand the relevant areas of our member and administrative platforms
Investigating and triaging member enrollment and routing issues and prioritizing development in a pragmatic way
Minimum Qualifications:
3+ years of product management experience at a fast-growing tech company; experience in digital health is a plus
Expertise and passion for improving healthcare experiences, focusing on the best care possible
An analytical, data-driven approach to problem-solving and prioritization
Excellent written and verbal communication skills, and an ability to quickly understand and communicate complex ideas to a diverse range of audiences
Preferred Qualifications:
Demonstrated results in optimizing registration/enrollment/routing flows
Experience with member/user communications and notifications strategies
Experience with recommendation/rules engines to personalize actions/content
Compensation:
Carrot offers a holistic Total Rewards package designed to support our employees in all aspects of their life inside and outside of work, including health and wellness benefits, retirement savings plans, short- and long-term incentives, parental leave, family-forming assistance, and a competitive compensation package. The expected base salary for this position will range from $130,000 – $165,000. Actual compensation may vary from posted base salary depending on your confirmed job-related skills and experience.
