Summary :
The Marketing Lead will manage and supervise the execution of marketing projects and ensure all marketing deliverables are high quality, aligned with ALTEN Technologys brand, convey the appropriate message, and are completed within agreed-upon deadlines.
This position mentors junior marketing positions and reports to the Director of Marketing and Communications, working closely together to meet company goals, informing the Director of project progress, potential roadblocks, providing suggestions and solutions, etc.
He / she will make day-to-day decisions within or for the marketing department and have some authority over personnel actions (such as marketing task directions, event attendance, etc.
Mentoring junior staff positions entails having weekly one-on-one meetings to ensure projects and tasks are aligning with company and departmental goals.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities :

Plan, coordinate, and supervise the execution of internal and client-based marketing
projects
Designate tasks and establish project deadlines for team members when
applicable
Coach and mentor junior team members
Assist in developing marketing and communication strategies and oversee project management / completion with the Creative Project Manager
Strategize, set up, manage, and optimize email marketing campaigns (EDM newsletters, drip campaigns, etc.)
Track and measure all marketing
campaigns
Regularly review multi-channel analytics reports (Search, Social, Ads, Email, Website, Blog, etc.) with appropriate team members and recommend optimization action plans.
Manage all Salesforce related
activities
Assist with all video production
needs
Assist with and / or manage event planning and production, as
needed

Education and Experience
Minimum of bachelor’s degree and 10+ years of experience

$84,000-90,000 Annually
