Job Summary:
Responsible for the Global SIOP Program at Cadrex. The SIOP Manager will partner across Sales, Supply Chain, Manufacturing, and Finance departments to develop and execute the optimal Sales and Operations processes, providing a 12-month rolling forecast and overall production plan that meets the sales forecast and available capacity(the Constrained SIOP Plan). This individual will be responsible for taking the Tenere SIOP model(Oliver Wight), and rolling out across the Cadrex portfolio. Eventually aggregating into a total Cadrex SIOP Plan.
Major Job Functions – other duties may be assigned:
· Lead SIOP best practices using industry standard techniques and be the “champion” of the program
· Facilitate or support the facilitation of the SIOP process across the Cadrex portfolio
· Lead the teams in developing a 12-month rolling forecast and overall production plan that meets the sales forecast and available capacity(the Constrained SIOP Plan)
· Roll out SIOP across the Cadrex portfolio for companies not yet using the process.
· Work across the Cadrex portfolio to aggregate Demand and Constrained SIOP Plans
· Work cross functionally to solve challenging problems, identifying trends, and drive continuous improvement.
· Responsible for developing & presenting analysis, data visualization, and recommendations in an actionable format.
· Collaborates with other data stewards to gather and process right information from a variety of sources.
· Advises senior management of problems and recommendations.
· Identify and support continual process and procedure improvements.
· Hire, train, and oversee subordinate staff; manage the daily workflow and provide performance evaluations.
· Performs other duties as assigned.
Qualifications: Education/Experience:
Requires Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management or related field, or an equivalent combination of education and related business experience, and 5+ years of experience in a manufacturing environment.
Language Ability:
Ability to read and interpret documents such as safety rules, operating and maintenance instructions, and procedure manuals. Ability to write routine reports and correspondence. Ability to speak effectively before groups of employees of the organization.
Math Ability:
Ability to add, subtract, multiply and divide in all units of measure, using whole numbers, common fractions, and decimals.
Reasoning Ability:
Ability to apply common sense understanding to carry out instructions furnished in written, oral or diagram form. Ability to deal with problems involving several concrete variables in standardized situations.
Computer Skills:
Advanced PC skills with proficiency in using MS office suite, reporting tools, and prior experience with ERP systems.

Supervisory Responsibilities:
This job has no supervisory responsibilities.
Work Environment:
While performing the duties of this job, the employee is occasionally exposed to moving mechanical parts, fumes or airborne particles, vibration, or risk of electrical shock. The noise level in the work environment is usually moderate.
Physical Demands:
While performing the duties of this job, the employee is regularly required to stand, sit, use hands and fingers, handle or feel, and talk or hear. The employee must regularly lift and/or move up to 10 pounds and occasionally lift and/or move up to 25 pounds.
