Mentors: Critical to New Truck Drivers
C.R. England is intimately familiar with what it takes to get a brand-new driver from the start of his or her training into a role as a veteran driver helping others entering the industry. It takes a lot of training, commitment, and career development. Mentors are a big part of the process.
Dedicated Mentors teach apprentices how to safely and efficiently drive a truck in accordance to the state and local laws and per C.R. England’s policies. Experienced drivers hiring with C.R. England must have 6 months tractor trailer experience. These drivers will go out with a mentor for 5 days to understand our company policies and procedures.

Route Details:
Dedicated OTR Mentor: Over the Road Mentors teach apprentices how to safely and efficiently drive a truck in accordance to the state and local laws and per C.R. England policies. Mentors get paid for all the miles the truck moves and make extra with Mentor Bonuses and Cash Incentives.
