RESPONSIBILITIES
- Working with potential new or existing customers to gather data for and sending quotes
- Obtaining pricing for materials and finishes required by customers
- Part creation and data entry in our internal database
- Cold calling potential leads or current customers for new or additional business
- Answering questions regarding our products and services offered
- Answering phone and email inquiries for quotes and bids
- Preparing and sending quotes and package information to current and potential new customers
- Entering quotes and data into our CRM program
- Assisting the Sales and Marketing team with continuous growth of our customer base
EXPERIENCE & SKILLS
- Sales driven and highly motivated
- Detail-oriented nd work with a high degree of accuracy
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills
- Experience in an environment with high volume call and email activity
- Ability to tactfully handle stressful and difficult situations
- A history of self-directed work output, with emphasis on being able to manage multiple simultaneous activities
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines
QUALIFICATIONS
- 2-5 years customer service or inside sales experience
- A history of high-quality customer service interactions
- Experience with MS Office applications
- Experience with Zoho and/or other CRM software
- Epics preferred, or a similar manufacturing database
