RETAIL FINANCE MANAGER – PLANO, TX
The Business Operations team is searching for an experienced leader to head the Retail Financing function at BRP. Retail financing within Powersports is critical to our consumers’ purchasing process, giving them access to credit at dealerships to complete their Powersports purchases.
This makes retail financing a key lever to drive retail performance for both BRP and our dealers. You will lead and transform retail financing programs for Can-Am, Sea-Doo, and Ski-Doo product lines.
You will work on improving the decision-making by leveraging data-driven, intelligent, and automated processes while developing relationships with financing partners and seeking new opportunities focused on growth and profitability for BRP.
This role requires someone who understands dealership retail financing, can execute the existing programs, and lead our thinking on accelerating retail performance through new strategies, tactics, and services.
There is a meaningful upside in how retail financing can impact our business, and you will lead us in capturing it.

YOU’LL THRIVE IN THIS ROLE IF YOU HAVE THE FOLLOWING SKILLS, EXPERIENCE AND COMPETENCIES :
Required :
Bachelor’s degree in finance, business administration, or equivalent
5+ years of work experience in developing retail financing programs, preferably in the Powersports or automotive industry
Strong command of retail finance concepts and calculations
Ability to analyze data to summarize results and generate new insights
Understanding of the dealership sales process and how retail financing works within it
Project and budget management skills with the ability to prioritize and deliver on commitments
Fluent in English (written and oral); functional in French will be a plus
Preferred :
