Lead the Transformation Management Office and PMO processes and procedures
Facilitate the planning and coordination of all Digital Transformation program activities, supporting each Initiative (Books & Records, Revenue, Expense, Business Insights, Data) lead
Support the Initiatives Leadership Team in the execution of managing the day-to-day activities
Manage the initiative leads (Books & Records, Expense Automation etc.) — direct, coordinate, coach and review
Oversee each workstream to ensure driving deliverables, within timelines on budget
Create expense governance process to meet business case. Drive cost down in overall project
Responsible for executing the program governance model, including leading the Executive Steering Committee
Accountable for identification and management of program risks and issues
Identify barriers to change within the effort and make recommendations to improve the probability of success
Responsible for the management and coordination of program stakeholders within finance, technology, and the businesses. Elevate Digital Transformation into the prioritization schedule of the internal product/tech teams. Own Communication strategy cross-organizational across Broadridge to ensure stakeholder alignment
Accountable for ensuring the quality and internal audit requirements are met; ensuring that follow-up items are completed
Provide independent quality assurance of deliverables and project processes; Lead formal program and management reviews
Manage the headcount and roll-off process with a particular focus on placement plan for internal hires
Act as integrator connecting work steams that would otherwise remain siloed
